how much time can a teenager get for 3 types of criminal mischief and burglary of habitation?
Q. In San Patricio County Jail, Sinton Texas; The kid has not talked to a real lawyer nor a court appointed attorney. He has been there since Feb. 27 , 2008. Now some other inmates; older of course told him to sign a pled of guilty and for sure he would be released and just given 3 yrs probation. I don't believe this but I have not been able to talk to him.

A. First the kid needs to talk to an attorney. He should stand his ground. Has he been charged yet? Has he been read his rights yet? If he was not read his rights how much did he say? If so, how much did he say. The court is SUPPOSE to appoint him an attorney if he cannot afford one. This is a tough one. Please come to my group below and ask the other members as they are much more versed in the law than I am and they can help you better.

How can I find some old year books?
Q. I would like to see some year books from my junior high years which was 90, 91 but not sure where to look. I live in a small town in Texas called Sinton.

Is it worthwhile fighting my "following too close" ticket in court?
Q. I was in a rear end collision in Sinton, Texas. The traffic was moderate and the weather was good. It was during the middle of the day, so lighting was not a concern. I was following at a safe distance and traveling below the speed limit (which was only 30 mph to start with). However, I looked away because I was lost and when I looked back the gentleman in front of me had locked his brakes immediately when the stop light turned yellow (not red). So this was a sudden event. I took evasive action by locking my brakes as well, but was not able to stop in time. There was mild damage to both bumpers. No witnesses, the officer was not present, they did not obtained signed or recorded statements from either of us, and I do not believe… [cont.]
